Personalised and made-to-order products

Tarida Lùa garments are sold exclusively as personalised items, finished to order.

Each garment is finished with a personalised monogram, applied directly to the garment or to a dedicated accessory that matches it, forming an integral part of the purchased product.

Personalisation is mandatory and constitutes an essential feature of the product. The customer may specify the initials to be used for the monogram at the time of purchase. Should the initials not be provided at the time of ordering, Tarida Lùa may request them subsequently via the contact details provided by the customer.

In the event of failure to provide or confirm the initials within the timeframe specified by Tarida Lùa, the customer acknowledges and accepts that the product will nevertheless be considered personalised and may be completed with a monogram derived from the details provided at the time of ordering, including the customer’s first name and surname, in accordance with the brand’s stylistic standards.

The customer acknowledges that the product is not purchased as a standard item, but as a custom-made, made-to-order and/or clearly personalised product, created or completed on the basis of individual information relating to the customer.

For this reason, the right of withdrawal, return or cancellation does not apply to personalised products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

The exclusion of the right of withdrawal, return or cancellation does not in any way limit the customer’s rights in the event of a defective product, a product that does not match the description, a product that differs from what was ordered, or a product that has been incorrectly personalised due to a fault attributable to Tarida Lùa.

Any queries regarding defects, non-conformities or personalisation errors should be sent to info@taridalua.it, attaching the order number, a description of the problem and photographs of the product.
