The initials are requested and entered before adding to cart, directly on the product page. They will then be hand-stitched onto the garment you have chosen and also featured on a coordinated accessory you will receive as a gift with your order.

Yes, in a concrete way. We do not overproduce and we work only with materials that are already available, avoiding waste and making the most of what exists. Sustainability, for us, is a natural consequence of the process.

For this reason, no return or refund is provided, except in the case of production defects. Our decision not to offer returns also allows us to drastically reduce waste, one of the main causes of the excess of fashion products destined never to be used again or, in the worst cases, discarded.

After the order and receipt of the initials, your garment is completed and dispatched within 2–8 business days. Each piece requires its own time, as it is hand-finished.

Yes, the garments shown are real and correspond to what you will receive. Some editorial or worn images may be created with generative artificial intelligence, used to convey the brand's imagery and the atmosphere of the garments. They never alter the actual product, but amplify its visual narrative.

The initials are applied at a precise point in the design, chosen to maintain the aesthetic balance of the garment.

Once the order has been confirmed and personalisation has begun, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel it. From that moment, the garment begins its journey to you.
